Sci-Fi Data Intersection :: Sci-Fi DI

Sci-Fi+DI is a general referencing blog that ranges from futuristic looking cities and urban technology to urban legends. Its primarily about providing several links to science and fiction, entertainment and metaphysics.

Cities and urban settings are a major component in various Sci-Fi movies and other productions.

Singapore is a very modern looking city, as is Dubai.

There are several low to moderate budget Sci-Fi movies that still might have some interesting scenes or storylines.

Then there are some that are quite sublime with such fascinating depictions of technology.
Blade_Runner is one of the best urban science fiction movies, ever. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blade_Runner

TSFi is an intersection of various urban issues, technical challenges and popular culture. There is also a general comparison of various cities around the world.

Vancouver in some ways is Canada's most stunted or thwarted major city. The Greater_Vancouver region hasn't been allowed to rival Montreal or Seattle. Unlike Vancouver, Montreal and Seattle haven't used water and their overall scenic geography as an excuse to hold the city back. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metro_Vancouver_Regional_District
